My first guitar got me through some tough times. My parents, to save our family from the grasp of meth, had just moved us to the country. For 10 years I strummed that guitar while our family fell apart. My songs are an attempt to reconcile the undisclosed story of my family--an emotional story of prayer, faith and forgiveness.
